What is a hot lead?

When Knips thinks that a lead should be looked at, it is marked Hot. It can happen with a lot of activity in a short time, or with steady, good activity over a longer period of time. Read more about hot leads here.

Score 0?

If the value of the contact is 0, it has not acted on any posts. This usually happens with some, depending on the quality of the leads. Perhaps they didn't mean to register an interest, or maybe they have changed their mind. It may also be that they are new, and have only had time to receive a welcome message that they have not clicked on. Check back a little later. If they still haven't looked at anything after many weeks and a certain number of posts, Knips will automatically recommend to skip these in new updates. They then end up in a list of "inactive".

Inactive contacts

Inactive contacts are skipped from the posts, if you do not specifically include them. They are listed on the last page, where you press publish, under the number of emails and SMS that will be sent. Click on the line with notifications that will be omitted and tick it on if you want to include them.

Including inactive contacts can hurt your email delivery. When many don’t open the email, it can more easily be interpreted as advertising.

This is not an issue when sending SMS, so sending SMS when including inactives can be better suited.
