Notify contacts

Here we will show you how to notify all contacts when creating a new post, or only notify groups.

1. As an admin, press "Next" when you are done with your post. Here you can choose who you want to notify.

2. Knips suggests notifying based on how long it has been since you last notified your contacts. If it is more than one week since last time, Knips suggests to notify.

If you only notified a selection of your contacts the last time, the system thinks it is a long time since you last notified, as you have not notified everyone.

3. You can choose to only notify a group, for example only buyers. Click "Change" and choose your desired group(s).

4. When you are ready, click "Next".

5. Take a last look at your post before clicking "Next".

6. When you are ready, click "Publish now".

If you don't notify everyone, a question arises: "The post is only displayed to the followers who are notified." Here you can make a post private. Then you can conduct closed communication to an entire group.
