How to make a private post

You can choose if you would like a post to be visible for everyone, or only a group of people.

1. Make a post in your Knips feed.

2. When you are happy with your post and ready to notify contacts, click "Next".

3. Now you can set receivers of your post. Knips automatically ticks off to send to all contacts, but you can change this by clicking "Change". Here you can choose which groups you want to receive the post.

4. You can choose which groups to notify, or not notify.

5. If you want the post to be private, click "Show post only for notified followers".

6. Click "Next".

7. Here you can review your post one last time before sending it to your contacts. You can click to see how both the e-mail and SMS will look like to your contacts.

When you are done, click "Next".

8. When you are ready to publish to your contacts, click "Publish now".

9. When the private post is sent and published, you can see the "For you"-tag. This shows that it is a private post.

A private post will only appear on the feed of those who have received the notification, and the private posts will be marked with a "For you" button.
