Knips

You can have single or double SMS activated. Double SMS means that you get more characters, can have a fixed "Friendly greeting" and optional unsubscribe link activated in every single, every second, third or fourth SMS.

Double SMS doubles the cost and we do not yet know whether it has a significantly increased effect on engagement. Simple SMS is therefore standard, but it is easy to switch under "Email and SMS settings" in the feed. We at Knips can also help you with this.

SMS sender names are limited to 11 characters. This is an international restriction not set by Knips, so if the project name is too long it must be shortened.
